Design Notes
LexA operator repeats were cloned into the PspOMI site at the 5' end of the Cyc1 promoter. The inner site was broken, thus the operator-promoter-AarI cassette fragment can be subcloned by PspOMI/SacI or Kpn1/SacI digestion into any other pRS series vector.
